The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ This possibility of online dispute resolution (OS) is intended to offer a simple, efficient, fast and cost-effective out-of-court solution for disputes (ODR procedure). Our company is basically willing to participate in the dispute resolution procedure. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages according to § 7 para.1 TMG (German Telemedia Act) and general laws. The offers are intended exclusively for the recipient. In the event of passing on without our consent, the recipient of the offer is obliged to pay the full brokerage fee, insofar as the third party to whom the broker information was passed on concludes the transaction.

Our brokerage claim shall not lapse if another transaction is concluded instead of the originally intended transaction (e.g. lease or rent instead of purchase), provided that the economic success does not deviate substantially from ours.

The brokerage fee of 6.25% incl. VAT on the purchase price is earned and due upon conclusion of the contract and is to be paid by the buyer to PCS Hamburg GmbH, which hereby receives a direct payment claim.

Real estate transfer tax, notary and court fees shall be borne by the Buyer.
