Marketing of an apartment building requires a different approach to that for conversion areas which involve obtaining new construction rights. Apartment buildings are mostly marketed on a regional level, while commercial property is normally acquired by national and international investors. We organize the sale of property oriented to specific target groups and markets – e.g. also in the form of a restricted invitation to tender.

Few owners wish to have their sale intention made public. Potential conflicts are to be avoided, especially in the very sensitive phase of transaction. That is why we normally do not market the property in public media. The internet is only a partially appropriate instrument in such cases. Our objective is to ensure discrete marketing which nevertheless provides our clients with the necessary transparency required.

Our network has developed over many years of practice in the property market. Each property has its own special features. Hasty assessments are often not appropriate. Even real estate with aged building structures, an unfavorable energy balance and resultant unfavorable tenancy structures can be developed into attractive investments. Sometimes, resources need to be ‘stimulated’ by means of know-how and creativity.
