Selling a residential property portfolio in Rostock
The portfolio, consisting of particularly high-quality and new residential housing complexes and fully renovated properties from the 19th century Gründerzeit period, was sold as an investment company.
The package was sold at a valuation multiple of 15.7. The comparatively high multiple is also proof of the enormous popularity of this old Hanseatic city.
