The property, with an area of approx. 3.400 m², was for a long time the site of a toy manufacturer. Under building regulations the property, consisting of a number of plots with wide variations, was designated a mixed-used area. In addition, there were a number of designations as to ownership and use. In total the project was to create around 60 residential units of various kinds and one commercial unit.
